01Who we are

This website, alienstudios.in, is owned and operated by AL STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India ("AL Studios", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply to anyone who uses this website or buys a product or service from us ("you").

By using this website or paying us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

02What we sell

We sell the following products and services: gaming and esports cafe setups (planning, interiors, networking, hardware installation, software setup and launch support), custom built PCs and workstations, PC upgrades and repairs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), custom software development, business strategy consulting, marketing and analytics services, and subscriptions to Clavian, our software for gaming venues.

Clavian is also governed by the terms published at clavian.io. Where those terms and these differ on a matter specific to Clavian, the Clavian terms apply.

03Quotes and prices

Because every project is different, we price each order with a written quote sent by email. The quote lists the products, services, quantities, applicable taxes, the delivery or completion timeline and the total payable. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or 7 days if no period is stated. Hardware prices depend on market rates and stock, so we may need to re-quote an expired quote before you pay. We will never charge more than the amount on the quote you accepted without your written approval.

04Payment

Payments are made online through our payment gateway partner, using UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or any other method the checkout offers. We do not see or store your card or bank details; these are handled by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

For larger projects the quote may set out a payment schedule, for example an advance to order hardware and the balance on delivery or handover. An order is confirmed once the payment due at that stage is received. We send an invoice for every payment.

05Delivery and completion

Delivery, installation and handover timelines are set out in your quote and in our shipping and delivery policy. Timelines can move because of part availability, courier delays or site readiness; if that happens we will tell you promptly and agree a new date with you.

06Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order, and ask for a refund, as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

07Warranty

Hardware we supply carries the original manufacturer warranty for each part. We help you register and claim it. Our own workmanship on builds and installations is covered for 30 days from delivery or handover; if a fault comes from our work in that period, we fix it at no charge.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear.

08Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, to provide safe access to the site for installations, and to make sure the site has the power, space and internet connection agreed in the quote. You must use software we provide, including Clavian, only for lawful purposes and only within the licence you have bought.

09Intellectual property

The content of this website, the AL Studios and Clavian names and marks, and the software we build for our own products belong to us. Ownership of custom software built for you is set out in the quote or agreement for that project. Third party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. Orders already confirmed continue under the terms in force when you paid.
