01Who is responsible

AL STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we") is responsible for the personal data collected through alienstudios.in and when you buy from us. We handle it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

02What we collect

When you contact us or place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery or site address, the details of your project, and, for businesses, your company name and GSTIN if you give it.

When you pay: the payment gateway processes your payment. We receive the payment status, amount, method type and transaction reference. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.

When you browse: this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

03How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, process payments and refunds, deliver and install what you ordered, provide support and warranty service, send invoices, and meet our tax and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third party advertising.

04Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to complete your order: our payment gateway, courier partners for deliveries, hardware manufacturers for warranty claims, and our hosting and email providers. Each receives only what it needs. We also share data when the law requires it.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.

06How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it for your order, and payments are handled entirely by a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.

07Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent for any optional use. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

08Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and its date. For significant changes affecting existing customers, we will also tell you by email.
